11. Denied Trip

ADA Trips will not be denied.

Non-ADA Trip may be denied because of limited availability.

12. Severe Weather Operation Policy

In severe weather conditions cancellation of service can be heard on WVIT-TV Channel 30, WTXX-TV Channel 20, WATR 1320 AM, WQQW 1590 AM, and WWW\CO 1240 AM.

If you are out on a trip with the Paratransit when severe weather occurs, call NET to confirm your return trip at 756-5550 or 1 888 353-5828.
