2. Personal Care Attendant

Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is someone who helps an eligible rider met his or her personal needs.

A PCA can ride for free with an eligible rider.

A PCA cannot ride the service by themselves.

3. Guest

Guest are people other than Personal Care Attendant.

Guest ride with an eligible rider.

One guest is permitted.

For more than one guest it depends on space availability.

Guest pay the same fare as the eligible rider.
