B. Passenger Policies

1. Reservation

a. Reservations can be taken 14 days to 1 day in advance for a trip.

b. Same day trip if schedule permits.

c. One round trip per call.

d. No priority on reservations

e. Earliest trip is 6 a.m.

f. Last return trip in Waterbury is 5:30 p.m. and in Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Prospect, Watertown, Wolcott is 4:30 p.m.

g. Know these things when calling for a reservation:

1. Name

2. Date of Trip

3. Time of Pick-up and Return

4. Addresses of Pick-up and Drop-off

5. If a PCA or guest is accompanying you

6. If special needs are required

h. Be ready 15 minutes before schedule pick-up time

i. This is a shared ride. Be sure to allow time for other pick-ups when making your reservation so not to be late for an appointment
